Standaard lengte spiebanenassen<\/h2>\n

Standaard spiebanenassen zijn gemaakt van zacht staal en zijn perfect voor de meeste reparaties, het bouwen van machines op maat en vele andere toepassingen. Alle standaard spiebanenassen hebben een lengte van 7 cm (2-3\/4 inch), en volledige spiebanen zijn verkrijgbaar in elke gewenste lengte. Bevestigingspunten voor schijfremmen met spiebanen<\/h2>\n

Er zijn twee gangbare manieren om schijfremmen te monteren: met spiebanen en met een centrale borgring. Schijfremmen met een spiebaan komen vaker voor en zijn doorgaans eenvoudiger te monteren. Bij het centrale borgsysteem is een speciaal gereedschap nodig om de borgring van de schijfnaaf te verwijderen. Remschijven met zes bouten zijn eenvoudiger te monteren en vereisen slechts zes bouten. Het centrale borgsysteem wordt veel gebruikt bij sportieve racefietsen.
Schijfremmen met post-mount aansluiting vereisen een post-mount adapter, terwijl schijfremmen met flat-mount aansluiting dat niet nodig hebben. Post-mount adapters komen vaker voor en worden gebruikt op carbon mountainbikes, terwijl flat-mount aansluitingen steeds vaker de norm worden op racefietsen en gravelbikes. Alle schijfremadapters zijn echter verstelbaar voor de grootte van de remschijf. Racefietsen gebruiken meestal remschijven van 160 mm, terwijl mountainbikes remschijven van 180 mm of 200 mm gebruiken.

Bevestigingspunten voor schijfremmen met spiraalvormige spiebanen<\/h2>\n

Een schroefvormige vertanding voor een schijfrem is ontworpen met een vertanding tussen de naaf en de remschijf. Deze vertanding maakt een relatief grote radiale en rotatiebeweging tussen de schijf en de naaf mogelijk. Een losse vertanding kan een rammelend geluid veroorzaken door de beweging van de schijf ten opzichte van de naaf.
De vertanding op de remschijf en de naaf is met elkaar verbonden door een luchtspleet. Deze luchtspleet helpt de warmtegeleiding van de remschijf naar de naaf te verminderen. De onderhavige uitvinding lost problemen op met betrekking tot geluid, warmteontwikkeling en het terugtrekken van de remschijf bij het loslaten van de rem. Ook problemen met scheefstand en slepen worden hiermee verholpen. Als u niet zeker weet of dit type montage-interface geschikt is voor uw toepassing, raadpleeg dan uw monteur.
Remschijfbevestigingspunten met een spiraalvormige vertanding kunnen in combinatie met andere wielonderdelen worden gebruikt. Ze zijn met name nuttig bij remschijfbevestigingen voor naaf-naaf-assemblages. De afstandhouders, die bij voorkeur rondom de schijf zijn geplaatst, vervullen in principe dezelfde functie, ongeacht de draairichting van de remschijf. Bij voorkeur zijn er drie afstandhouders rondom de remschijf geplaatst. Elk van deze afstandhouders heeft een gelijke speling tussen de vertanding van de remschijf en de naaf.
De afstandselementen 6 omvatten een spiraalveergedeelte 6.1 en verlengstukken in tangenti\u00eble richting die eindigen in haken 6.4. Deze haken sluiten in beide richtingen aan op de remschijf 1. De spiraalveergedeelten 5.1 en 6.1 zijn stijf genoeg om radiale schokken op te vangen. De afstandselementen zijn rond de omtrek van de in elkaar grijpende zone geplaatst.
Een schroefschijfhouder met spiraalvertanding omvat een stabiliserend element in de vorm van een spiraalveer. De spiraalveer loopt door tot aan de vertanding en tanden van de schijf. De uiteinden van het verlengstuk wijzen in tegengestelde richting, terwijl beugels aan elk uiteinde in de vertanding en tanden van de schijf grijpen. Dit stabiliserende element is axiaal over de breedte van de schijf geplaatst.
Schroefdraadvertandingen voor schijfremmen zijn populair bij fietsen en racefietsen. Ze vormen een betrouwbare en duurzame manier om je remmen te monteren. Vertanding wordt veel gebruikt in de lucht- en ruimtevaart en heeft een hogere vermoeiingsweerstand en betrouwbaarheid. De verbindingen tussen de schroefvertanding van de schijfrem en de trapas zijn gemaakt van aluminium en acetaat.
Doordat de vertande naaf de schijf op een spiraalvormige manier monteert, komen de veerdraad en schijf 2 dicht bij elkaar te liggen. Wanneer de veerdraad contact maakt met de schijf, ontstaan \u200b\u200ber wrijvingskrachten die gelijkmatig over de schijf verdeeld zijn. Dit maakt een grote axiale bewegingsvrijheid mogelijk. Remschijfmontage-interfaces met een spiraalvormige vertanding hebben een hogere sterkte en stijfheid dan hun tegenhangers.
De bevestigingspunten voor schijfremmen met een spiraalvormige vertanding kunnen een breed scala aan vertandingsvlakken hebben. Deze vertandingsvlakken zijn het meest voorkomende type bevestigingspunt voor schijfremmen. Ze zijn doorgaans gemaakt van roestvrij staal of aluminium en kunnen voor diverse toepassingen worden gebruikt. Een vertande schijfrembevestiging is echter niet geschikt voor een schijf met een extra grote remklauw.<\/p>\n
