Une variation lin\u00e9aire du pas, due \u00e0 de multiples connexions le long de la zone de contact des cannelures, augmente le jeu effectif ou le jeu d'un certain pourcentage. Ce type de d\u00e9faut d'alignement est ind\u00e9sirable pour l'accouplement d'\u00e9quipements \u00e0 grande vitesse.<br \/>Les cannelures en d\u00e9veloppante sont fr\u00e9quemment utilis\u00e9es dans les r\u00e9ducteurs. Elles transmettent un couple \u00e9lev\u00e9 et r\u00e9partissent mieux la charge entre les diff\u00e9rentes dents sur toute la circonf\u00e9rence de l'accouplement. Le profil en d\u00e9veloppante et les erreurs d'h\u00e9lice sont li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'espacement entre les dents de la cannelure et les rainures de clavette. Pour les accouplements, on utilise g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des cannelures dont 25 \u00e0 50 % des dents sont engag\u00e9es. Cette r\u00e9partition de la charge est plus uniforme que celle des accouplements classiques \u00e0 clavette unique.<br \/>Pour d\u00e9terminer l'engr\u00e8nement optimal des dents lors d'un accouplement cannel\u00e9 complexe, Xiangzhen Xue et ses coll\u00e8gues ont utilis\u00e9 un mod\u00e8le informatique afin de simuler les contraintes appliqu\u00e9es aux cannelures. Les r\u00e9sultats de cette \u00e9tude ont montr\u00e9 qu'un param\u00e8tre de Ruiz \u00ab\u00a0admissible\u00a0\u00bb devait \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 lors de l'accouplement. En pr\u00e9disant l'usure d'une cannelure couronn\u00e9e, les chercheurs ont pu estimer avec pr\u00e9cision les dommages que subiront les composants pendant le processus d'accouplement.<br \/>Il existe plusieurs m\u00e9thodes pour d\u00e9terminer l'angle de pression optimal d'une cannelure en d\u00e9veloppante. On mesure g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les cannelures en d\u00e9veloppante avec un angle de pression de 30 degr\u00e9s. Comme pour les engrenages, le contr\u00f4le des cannelures en d\u00e9veloppante s'effectue g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement par la m\u00e9thode des broches. Cette m\u00e9thode consiste \u00e0 ins\u00e9rer des fils de diam\u00e8tre pr\u00e9cis entre les dents de l'engrenage et \u00e0 mesurer la distance entre eux. Elle permet de v\u00e9rifier si l'engrenage pr\u00e9sente un profil de dent ad\u00e9quat.<br \/>Le syst\u00e8me de splines pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 sur la figure 1 illustre un mod\u00e8le de vibration. Cette simulation permet de comprendre l'utilisation des splines en d\u00e9veloppante dans l'accouplement. Le mod\u00e8le de vibration comporte quatre blocs de masse concentr\u00e9e repr\u00e9sentant le moteur, la spline interne et la charge. Il est important de noter que la fonction de d\u00e9formation du maillage repr\u00e9sente les forces agissant sur ces trois composants.<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/img.hzpt.com\/img\/spline_shaft\/C_splineshaft_4.webp\" alt=\"arbre cannel\u00e9\" width=\"800\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Rigidit\u00e9 de l'accouplement<\/h2>\n<p>Le calcul de la rigidit\u00e9 d'un accouplement cannel\u00e9 implique la mesure de son engr\u00e8nement. Nous analysons ici la rigidit\u00e9 d'un accouplement cannel\u00e9 avec diff\u00e9rents types de dents \u00e0 l'aide de deux m\u00e9thodes distinctes\u00a0: l'inversion directe et l'inversion par blocs. Toutes deux permettent de r\u00e9duire le temps de calcul de la rigidit\u00e9, mais n\u00e9cessitent des sous-matrices d'\u00e9valuation. Nous comparons ici ces deux m\u00e9thodes.<br \/>Le mod\u00e8le analytique des accouplements cannel\u00e9s est \u00e9tabli dans la deuxi\u00e8me section. La troisi\u00e8me section d\u00e9taille le processus de calcul. Ce mod\u00e8le est ensuite valid\u00e9 par comparaison avec la m\u00e9thode des \u00e9l\u00e9ments finis. Une m\u00e9thode simple et efficace d'estimation de la rigidit\u00e9 lat\u00e9rale des accouplements cannel\u00e9s est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e.<br \/>Le calcul num\u00e9rique de l'accouplement spline repose sur un mod\u00e8le semi-analytique de r\u00e9partition de la charge. Cette m\u00e9thode, qui implique des maillages de contact affin\u00e9s et la mise \u00e0 jour de la matrice de compliance \u00e0 chaque it\u00e9ration, est par cons\u00e9quent gourmande en temps de calcul. De plus, son application \u00e0 l'analyse dynamique d'un rotor s'av\u00e8re complexe. Cette m\u00e9thode pr\u00e9sente des limitations intrins\u00e8ques et ne devrait \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e que lorsque l'accouplement spline est \u00e9tudi\u00e9 en d\u00e9tail.<br \/>La force d'engr\u00e8nement est la force g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par un accouplement cannel\u00e9 d\u00e9salign\u00e9. Elle d\u00e9pend de l'\u00e9paisseur de la cannelure et du couple transmis par le rotor. Cette force est \u00e9galement li\u00e9e au d\u00e9placement vibratoire dynamique. Les r\u00e9sultats de l'analyse de la force d'engr\u00e8nement sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans les figures 7, 8 et 9.<br \/>L'analyse pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e dans cet article vise \u00e0 \u00e9tudier la rigidit\u00e9 des accouplements cannel\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentant un d\u00e9faut d'alignement. Bien que les r\u00e9sultats des \u00e9tudes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes aient \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9cis, certaines difficult\u00e9s subsistaient. Par exemple, le d\u00e9faut d'alignement de la cannelure peut engendrer des dommages au niveau du contact. Cet article a pour objectif d'\u00e9tudier les probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s aux accouplements cannel\u00e9s d\u00e9salign\u00e9s et de proposer une approche analytique pour estimer la pression de contact dans un assemblage cannel\u00e9. Nous comparons \u00e9galement nos r\u00e9sultats \u00e0 ceux obtenus par des m\u00e9thodes purement num\u00e9riques.<\/p>\n<h2>D\u00e9salignement<\/h2>\n<p>Pour d\u00e9terminer la force de centrage, il est n\u00e9cessaire de conna\u00eetre l'angle de pression effectif. \u00c0 partir de cet angle, la force de centrage est calcul\u00e9e en fonction des charges axiales et radiales maximales et des coefficients de d\u00e9salignement de Dudley mis \u00e0 jour. La force de centrage correspond \u00e0 la force axiale maximale transmissible par frottement. Plusieurs coefficients de d\u00e9salignement publi\u00e9s sont \u00e9galement pris en compte dans le calcul. Cet article pr\u00e9sente une nouvelle m\u00e9thode qui int\u00e8gre l'effet de came dans la force normale.<br \/>Cette nouvelle m\u00e9thode permet d'int\u00e9grer la rigidit\u00e9 le long de l'articulation cannel\u00e9e afin d'obtenir une rigidit\u00e9 globale applicable \u00e0 l'analyse des vibrations de torsion. La rigidit\u00e9 des paliers peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre calcul\u00e9e pour des niveaux de d\u00e9salignement donn\u00e9s, ce qui permet une estimation pr\u00e9cise de leurs dimensions. Il est conseill\u00e9 de contr\u00f4ler en permanence la rigidit\u00e9 des paliers afin de s'assurer de leur dimensionnement et de leur alignement corrects.<br \/>Un d\u00e9faut d'alignement dans un accouplement cannel\u00e9 peut entra\u00eener une usure pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e, voire une rupture. Ce probl\u00e8me est d\u00fb \u00e0 un profil primitif incorrect. Souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9, il est li\u00e9 au contact permanent des dents sur toute la longueur du profil en d\u00e9veloppante. La charge n'est alors pas r\u00e9partie uniform\u00e9ment le long de la ligne de contact. Il est donc essentiel de prendre en compte l'influence du d\u00e9faut d'alignement sur la force de contact exerc\u00e9e sur les dents de l'accouplement cannel\u00e9.<br \/>Le centre de la spline m\u00e2le (figure 2) est superpos\u00e9 \u00e0 celui de la spline femelle. Les distances d'engr\u00e8nement sont identiques. Par cons\u00e9quent, les courbes de force d'engr\u00e8nement varient en fonction du d\u00e9placement vibratoire dynamique. Il est indispensable de conna\u00eetre les param\u00e8tres d'un accouplement spline avant sa mise en \u0153uvre. Cet article pr\u00e9sente un mod\u00e8le de d\u00e9faut d'alignement pour les accouplements splines ainsi que les param\u00e8tres associ\u00e9s.<br \/>\u00c0 l'aide d'un banc d'essai de cannelure con\u00e7u sp\u00e9cifiquement pour cet usage, les effets d'un d\u00e9faut d'alignement sur un accouplement cannel\u00e9 sont \u00e9tudi\u00e9s.
