Iako su rezultati prethodnih studija bili ta\u010dni, neki problemi su ostali. Na primjer, neuskla\u0111enost spoja mo\u017ee uzrokovati o\u0161te\u0107enja kontakta. Cilj ovog \u010dlanka je istra\u017eiti probleme povezane sa neuskla\u0111enim spojevima i predlo\u017eiti analiti\u010dki pristup za procjenu kontaktnog pritiska u spoju sa spojem. Tako\u0111er upore\u0111ujemo na\u0161e rezultate sa onima dobijenim \u010disto numeri\u010dkim pristupima.<\/p>\n<h2>Neuskla\u0111enost<\/h2>\n<p>Da bi se odredila sila centriranja, mora biti poznat efektivni ugao pritiska. U ovom radu je predstavljena nova metoda koja uzima u obzir efekat bregastog vratila u normalnoj sili.<br \/>U ovoj novoj metodi, krutost du\u017e klinastog spoja mo\u017ee se integrirati kako bi se dobila globalna krutost koja je primjenjiva na analizu torzijskih vibracija. Krutost le\u017eajeva se tako\u0111er mo\u017ee izra\u010dunati pri datim nivoima neuskla\u0111enosti, \u0161to omogu\u0107ava ta\u010dnu procjenu dimenzija le\u017eaja. Preporu\u010dljivo je provjeravati krutost le\u017eajeva u svakom trenutku kako bi se osiguralo da su pravilno dimenzionirani i poravnati.<br \/>Neuskla\u0111enost u spoju sa \u017eljebovima mo\u017ee rezultirati habanjem ili \u010dak kvarom. To je uzrokovano nepravilno poravnatim profilom koraka. Ovaj problem se \u010desto zanemaruje, jer su zubi u kontaktu po cijelom evolventnom profilu. Zbog toga optere\u0107enje nije ravnomjerno raspore\u0111eno du\u017e kontaktne linije. Shodno tome, va\u017eno je uzeti u obzir utjecaj neuskla\u0111enosti na kontaktnu silu na zubima spoja sa \u017eljebovima.<br \/>Sredi\u0161te mu\u0161kog klina na Slici 2 je superponirano na \u017eenski klin. Udaljenosti poravnanja mre\u017ee su tako\u0111er identi\u010dne. Stoga \u0107e se krivulje sile mre\u017ee mijenjati u skladu s dinami\u010dkim pomakom vibracija. Potrebno je znati parametre klinastog spoja prije njegove implementacije. U ovom radu predstavljen je model za neuskla\u0111enost za klinaste spojeve i povezane parametre.<br \/>Kori\u0161tenjem samostalno izra\u0111enog ispitnog ure\u0111aja za spojnice sa \u017eljebovima, prou\u010davaju se efekti neuskla\u0111enosti na spojnice sa \u017eljebovima. Za razliku od tipi\u010dne spojnice sa \u017eljebovima, neuskla\u0111enost kod spojnice sa \u017eljebovima uzrokuje habanje usljed trenja na odre\u0111enoj poziciji na povr\u0161ini zuba. Ovo je vode\u0107i uzrok kvara kod ovih vrsta spojnica.<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/img.hzpt.com\/img\/spline_shaft\/B_splineshaft_4.webp\" alt=\"klinasto vratilo\" width=\"800\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Habanje i zamor zbog o\u0161te\u0107enja<\/h2>\n<p>Kvar klinaste spojnice zbog habanja i zamora materijala odre\u0111en je prvom pojavom habanja zuba i neuskla\u0111enosti vratila. Standardne metode projektovanja ne uzimaju u obzir o\u0161te\u0107enja od habanja i procjenjuju vijek trajanja od zamora s velikim aproksimacijama. Eksperimentalna istra\u017eivanja su provedena za procjenu o\u0161te\u0107enja od habanja i zamora kod klinastih spojnica. Ispitivanja su provedena na namjenskoj ispitnoj platformi i posebnom ure\u0111aju povezanom sa standardnom ma\u0161inom za mjerenje zamora materijala. Radni parametri kao \u0161to su obrtni moment, ugao neuskla\u0111enosti i aksijalna udaljenost su varirani kako bi se izmjerila o\u0161te\u0107enja od zamora materijala. Tako\u0111er je procijenjeno i predimenzioniranje.<br \/>Tokom zamora i habanja, dolazi do mehani\u010dkog klizanja izme\u0111u vanjskih i unutra\u0161njih \u017eljebova, \u0161to rezultira katastrofalnim kvarom. Nedostatak literature o habanju i zamoru \u017eljebova kod avio-motora mo\u017ee biti posljedica nedostatka podataka o primjeni spojnice. Habanje i zamor kod \u017eljebova zavise od niza faktora, uklju\u010duju\u0107i materijalni par, geometriju i uslove podmazivanja.<br \/>Analiza spojnica sa klinovima pokazuje da je predimenzioniranje uobi\u010dajeno i dovodi do razli\u010ditih o\u0161te\u0107enja u sistemu. Neka od glavnih o\u0161te\u0107enja su habanje, trenje, korozija i zamor zuba. Problemi sa bukom su tako\u0111er uo\u010deni u industrijskim okru\u017eenjima. Me\u0111utim, te\u0161ko je procijeniti kontaktno pona\u0161anje spojnica sa klinovima, a numeri\u010dke simulacije su \u010desto ote\u017eane kori\u0161tenjem specifi\u010dnih kodova i metode grani\u010dnih elemenata.<br \/>Kvar spojnice zup\u010danika sa klinastim profilom uzrokovan je zamorom materijala, a lom je zapo\u010deo na donjem radijusu ugla \u017elijeba za klin. \u017dlijeb i \u017eljebovi su bili preoptere\u0107eni preko granice te\u010denja, te je uo\u010deno zna\u010dajno te\u010denje u zubima zup\u010danika sa klinastim profilom. Prsten loma od nestandardnog legiranog \u010delika pokazao je o\u0161tar radijus ugla, \u0161to je bio zna\u010dajan faktor pove\u0107anja napona.<br \/>Prou\u010deno je nekoliko komponenti kako bi se odredio njihov vijek trajanja.
